When does my area get delivery?
Currently we are in the process of distributing delivery schedules to all customers who have requested them for 2009. If you are a customer that requires your areas delivery schedule, call or email us and we will get you one with your next delivery.
We currently call all delivery points (home, office or retailer) the day before we deliver, unless we have a standing order specified by you. This enables us to make sure everyone receives the best possible service. If you receive a call please respond so we don't miss you the following day.
If you were away or missed your delivery, other arrangements to get you your water can be made in most cases, however a delivery charge may be applied for this service.
